Timeless Work of Art

Are you looking for a timeless work of art which is all about you or are you interested in a unique sculpture that I have created from the heart? Both art options are possible. If you wish to have a commision based sculpture, please know that your personal story is important to me. I integrate my ideas and your desires into a work of art that suits your wishes completely.

I am Petra Flach

Visual artist with an energetic, free spirit and blessed with lots of determination. For 15 years I have been creating sculptures of the human body in all stages of life. I combine the use of bodycasts (bodymoulds) with classical sculpting techniques to complete my hyper-realistic sculptures. Every body is different, unique, special and desirable. It is my desire to translate your story into a sculpture... your sculpture... because stories have to be told.

What is your reason?

You desire a unique work of art for your living room, your garden or perhaps your special workplace. It is possible that you want to be the muse in this process, you want a special artpiece designed for and about you.  Maybe you are looking for a unique sculpture of joy and grace or you just want to immortalize something in time because your story is about loss (think of breast cancer or another transition).

It is also possible that you are looking for a unique concept and want to use one of my models instead. And who knows... maybe you have not decided yet. Just know that your motive and personal story is crucial for me, because that is what I want to convert into a unique sculpture. Vulnerability, sensuality and strength are recurring themes in my works.

Don't be shy...

Creating art, working on your personal sculpture, for me and you this can be very exciting. I know and understand that you might have to step beyond your own limits, but always remember... within the walls of my Art gallery, nothing is strange. Beauty is in everyone and it is very important for me to put you at ease, to immortalize you in the most beautiful version you can imagine.
